2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
– You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
– You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue (such as damage, incorrect item, or tampering).
– The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
– You must retain the outer packaging for pickup or review (if required).

2. Review: Our team will verify your complaint and determine eligibility.
3. Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Replacements: In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability and your preference.
4. Order Cancellations
– Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
– To cancel an order, contact our team immediately with your order number.
– Refunds for prepaid orders canceled in time will be issued within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Charges
– Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
– If a refund is approved, it will be processed excluding shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
